I believe that good psychotherapy starts with having a strong, compassionate, nonjudgmental relationship with your therapist and this happens through deep listening, and unconditional positive regard. As we start to understand your therapeutic needs, we will begin to work more pointedly to determine your life goals. Sometimes, these goals are about healing past traumas, change and transformation, acceptance, or setting a new direction in life.  It is my true passion to help you become the best version of yourself.

We will utilize an array of therapeutic tools, including talk therapy, yoga, breathing techniques, connecting with nature, psychedelics, chakra healing, eating for a healthy brain. I have completed training in many modalities, that I believe address our deepest need to heal the many complexities we carry in our mind, body, and soul. We will work together so you can be the healthiest, happiest, most resilient version of yourself.
